How to Login/Register your account with ECFH St. Lucia bank?
To Login to your account with ECFH St. Lucia bank, go to their website’s home page ecfh.com – Click on Online banking, which is located in the upper right side of the home page, under useful information. Please check the following screenshot for your guidance. Click on credit card login, enter your login id, password and logon to your account.
To register your account with ECFH for online banking, go to the home page, then click on Online banking, which is located in the upper right side of the home page, under useful information. Then click on complete on-line banking. Then scroll down and complete on line banking ID and click submit.
Complete On-Line banking gives you more control over your accounts by allowing you to access your accounts via Secure Internet online Banking, check balances and activity, view and print current and/or previous statements, download account transactions to your software application, transfer funds between your Bank of Saint Lucia accounts, pay your loan, credit card or utility account using ECFH funds transfer option AND MORE….
Please note that all Credit Card and Utility Payments done on Complete Online Banking will be settled with the Service Company within 2 working days after the Payment Transaction has been initiated. When making payments please ensure that it is no less than 3 days before the actual due date, not the due date or the grace period. In such cases ECFH advises their customers to make the payment directly to the service company in the case of utilities, and at your nearest Bank of Saint Lucia branch for Credit Card payments.
ECFH new opening hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday with the resumption of full services. Account Opening will continue by appointment only.
BOSL Express at Massy Stores Mega is now open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday. The Bureau de Change at the Hewanorra International Airport will remain closed.
All customers are reminded of the social distancing practices. All individuals MUST wear a face mask upon entering the branches and as such, only customers who have complied with this requirement will be allowed entry.
During this time, ECFH continues to encourage all customers to make use of ATM, Online and Mobile Banking Services as much as possible so as to limit visits to the bank.
