All transactions between Guatemalan quetzales (GTQ) and US dollars (USD) are conducted at a preferential exchange rate.
Transfers:
Transfer funds between your own accounts, to third parties, to other banks, within the Ficohsa group, and internationally. For transfers below $1,500 (or the equivalent in quetzales), you’ll need to use a security PIN. For larger amounts, request configuration of a TOKEN.

If you already have a Ficohsa Online account, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to use the new platform.
For business clients, simply log in to Ficohsa Online as usual. By clicking on Ficohsa Online, which is located in the upper right side of the home page. Enter your username and password and login to your account.
