Important: Andorra Banc Agrícol Reig is the historical name for what is now Andbank. In August 2001, Banc Agrícol i Comercial d’Andorra (founded 1930) merged with Banca Reig (founded 1956) to create Andbank, initially using the provisional name “Grup Agrícol Reig.”
About Andbank
Andbank is now Andorra’s largest bank with a 49.11% market share as of 2024. The bank achieved total assets of EUR 10.36 billion and net income of EUR 64.22 million in 2024. It is privately owned by the Cerqueda and Ribas families and remains the only Andorran bank without alliances with multinational banks.

Historical Note
In 2007, Andbank announced a merger with Banc Internacional Banca Mora (BIBM) that would have created “Andbanc Mora” – Andorra’s largest banking entity. However, four months later both parties mutually agreed not to proceed with the integration.
