Antigua Commercial Bank Ltd., now trading as ACB Caribbean since March 2021, is the largest indigenous commercial bank in Antigua and Barbuda with an asset base of over EC$2 billion (Eastern Caribbean Dollars). Incorporated on October 20, 1955, it became the country’s first indigenous financial institution and public company.
Recent Expansion
In April 2021, shortly after the rebranding to ACB Caribbean, the bank acquired the assets of RBC in Antigua and Barbuda and Grenada, expanding its presence across the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). The bank now operates as ACB Caribbean in Antigua and ACB Grenada Bank Ltd. in Grenada.
