- February 2015: Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) transferred 63% of shares to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF)
- July 22, 2016: Banking license cancelled by BDDK after failed sale attempts
- November 16, 2017: Bankruptcy order issued by Istanbul 1st Basic Commercial Court
