Steps to login to your account with Bermuda Commercial Bank: visit the website home page https://www.bcb.bm/ – the ebanking login is located in the home page, upper right corner. Click on ebanking login, enter your user id and password and login to your account.
Login Screen / Login process
User ID: Enter your User ID. Your User ID is supplied by the Bank when you first open an account for eBanking. This is a unique code assigned to you and it is your identification code in eBanking. Once you have logged into the system you can change your User ID, see Change User ID
Password: Enter your password.
PIN: Enter your PIN. Your PIN is supplied by the Bank when you first open an account for the eBanking System.
The first time you login you are required to complete the Security Questions.
Three (3) unsuccessful consecutive login attempts will automatically lock the account. You must contact the Bank in order to unlock the account. See Login Problems and Forgot Your Used Id/Password/PIN.
How do I Change the Language?
You can select the language of choice from the Language drop down list.

To view your accounts on the Balance overview screen you must check the check box on the Account Personalisation screen.
