log in to your account with BMW Card by logging into their website here is the direct link for the login

apply for a new account with BMW Card, you can simply find the applying box located in the same link provided above, under
apply now it is located in the upper right corner of the front page of BMW Card website. Click on apply now, fill the form and submit it for approval. Check the following screenshot for your guidance.

If you visit the home page again, and would like to
Enroll for online services, you will find the box of Enroll for online services in the home page, upper right corner, by clicking on it, you will be able to
create an online account with BMW. All you need is just a few minutes to fill a short form, and submit it online for approval.
If you would like to
activate your new card, it is in the home page, Just click on activate your new card in the upper right corner by entering the required data and submit it online to get your new card activated with BMW.
