3. Use “Remember me” only on a device you own.
4. Complete the text/call/app verification prompt.
5. Click “Sign In” to reach your Menards Big Card dashboard.

Use the Capital One mobile app

1. Download the Capital One Mobile app from the official store.
2. Open the app and pick “Sign in.”
3. Type your username and password.
4. Approve the push/text verification.
5. Toggle Face ID/Touch ID only on your personal phone.

Register your Menards Big Card

• “App will not activate my card in Apple Pay… taking pictures of ID’s” (v6.36.0): Switch to strong Wi‑Fi, allow camera permissions, and if upload fails, activate on the Capital One website or by phone.
• “I have to update iOS in order to use the updated app” (v6.32.0): Use the desktop login and enable SMS/email alerts until you can install the latest iOS/app.
• “Payment shows twice” (duplicate pending): Wait overnight for posting, save the confirmation number, and contact support only if both items post.

• “Worst app on my phone… takes forever to load… crashes”: Clear app cache, update to the latest build, and switch to desktop if it still hangs; text balance checks are discontinued—use push/SMS alerts.
