How to login to Danske Bank Finland?
To login to Danske Bank, visit their website home page https://danskebank.fi/en/for-you/for-you – Click on Log-On, the box is located in the upper right corner of the home page. select the type of account you want to login, whether eBanking, Business or digital signing. Enter your user ID, password and login to your account.
To become a customer, visit the home page same link provided above for the login, then click on become a customer, which is located upper right corner beside the log-on box. Then you will find a box which is directing you on how to become a customer by sending your contact details, or book a meeting. So, you can either click/select send your details or book a meeting.

In the future, you will have to use Danske Bank new identification app to log into the eBanking service. You can download the app to your smart phone or tablet computer from the app store. You can use Danske Bank’s new identification app to log into the eBanking service and the new mobile banking service, as well as verify your identity in a variety of services.
What to I do if my contact information is changed (name, address, phone number)?
If you have notified the magistrate of the changed address, your Finnish address will automatically be updated in Danske systems with a slight delay. You can also update your address and telephone numbers in eBanking under Settings > Update your contact information. If you move abroad, please send Danske bank this information with an online message or visit a branch office with a photo proof of identity. If your name is changed, contact Danske bank customer service on 0200 2590 Mon–Fri 9–16. Have your bank identifiers handy for authentication.
Where can I get an account statement?
If you use the eBanking archive, you will find the account statements on the front page of eBanking at Statements and online salary > Account statements and other mail from the bank > Go to Documents. Viewing and printing account statements is free in eBanking. If you do not use the eBanking archive, account statements will be sent each month to your home address on paper. If necessary, you can ask for an account statement to be resent (for a fee) by calling customer service on 0200 2590 Mon–Fri 9–16.
