Air Baltic, based in Riga, is Latvias budget carrier and national flag carrier, operating scheduled domestic and international passenger flights from the international airport at Riga. Every city on the airBaltic network has lost services at some point, but certain cities have obviously seen a higher number of flights in the last 15 months compared with others.
