How to login to my account with Medicinos Bankas?
To login to your account with Medicinos bank, go to their website – if you would like to switch/change languages you click on the flag icon which is located on the upper right corner of the home page. Click on Internet bank which is located in the upper right corner of the home page. Please see the following screenshot for your guidance. Enter your user id, personal code and login to your account with Medicinos bank.
Tips for logging in to your account with Medicinos bank
Logging in with Smart-ID:
Please check that you are using a correct User ID. The User ID that has been provided to you by the bank you can find in the e-banking service contract. Also, please make sure that you are typing in a correct personal code.
Warning: If you enter login data wrongly 4 times in a row, a temporary lock will be placed on your account (it will be disabled for a 30 minutes period). Your account will be locked out permanently after the 8th unsuccessful login attempt.
Please note that you can‘t continue using Smart-ID if you forgot or don‘t know the PIN codes. More information about Smart-ID and PIN codes you can find here.
Logging in with a mobile signature:
Please check if you are using a correct User ID. The User ID that has been provided to you by the bank you can find in the e-banking service contract. Also, please make sure that you are typing in a correct phone number and it has the mobile signature function enabled.
If you forgot or don‘t remember the sPIN1 and sPIN2 or you have blocked them, please visit the website of the mobile network operator (Telia, Tele2, Bitė, Teledema) for more information.
Logging in with SMS code:
Please check if you are using a correct User ID. The User ID that has been provided to you by the bank you can find in the e-banking service contract. Please also make sure that you are typing in a correct password.

If you can‘t remember the password, you can always attempt to log in using other digital measures such as Smart-ID or m. signature.
What are the documents needed to open an account with Medicinos bank?
You need Documents of a legal entity registered in a foreign state to open an account with the bank:
Legal entity’s registration certificate
Registration certificate of the legal entity or, if not available, a registration document confirming the registration (for example, an extract from the registry of the registration of the foreign legal entity, confirming that the foreign legal person is registered in the register) containing the legal person’s name, registration address, registration number or other activity validation data. Documents must be submitted to the Bank in Lithuanian, English or Russian, and confirmed with the Apostile certificate.
Articles of association of the legal person
Extract from the Information System of Legal Entities Participants (JADIS) containing information about participants of the legal entity or instrument of incorporation of the legal entity (Articles of Association or other equivalent documents stating the basis on which the legal entity, partnership, body, association or organisation was incorporated).
Manager’s documents
Notarised original power of attorney issued by the legal entity, if the legal entity is represented by an authorised person and not its manager. Original power of attorney that was issued abroad must be certified with an Apostille and drawn up in Lithuanian, English or Russian, or any other language (accompanied by notarised translation into Lithuanian).
Beneficiary information
Information on the beneficiaries of the legal entity (natural person or group thereof).
Notarized power of attorney
Notarized power of attorney issued by the legal person, if the legal person is represented by other than chief executive officer authorized representative. Power of attorney issued by a foreign legal person must have approval certificate (apostille) and be submitted in Lithuanian, English or Russian language, or in other language with notarized translation to Lithuanian language.
Identity document
Identity document of the legal entity’s representative.
