Banca Arner Switzerland – Now One Swiss Bank (Merged 2019)

Important: Banca Arner SA, the Swiss private bank based in Lugano, merged with GS Banque in 2019 and now operates under the name One Swiss Bank.

The Merger

On March 1, 2019, Banca Arner SA officially changed its name to One Swiss Bank following its merger with Geneva-based GS Banque. The combined entity has approximately CHF 2 billion (about $2 billion) in assets and CHF 30 million in shareholder’s equity.
