I have all the names of everyone that was unjustly missing a flight on this day, because Brussels Air wanted to play with a different regulation. This airline company had a full 5 hours to deliver our luggage, and they were unable to get it even that way. We called the hotline again and spoke with an agent who was unable even to explain why our luggage was still at the Brussels airport, nor was anybody else we spoke with able to tell us exactly what happened or why our luggage was left at Paris in the first place.
