To redeem the conversion, sign in to your Membership Rewards account and choose Etihad Guest from the drop-down list of participating airline partners. Fly on any of Etihads partner airlines and enter the Etihad Guest account number to receive extra miles through their loyalty program. I called Etihad and explained the situation a few times after being transferred between operators, and the response I got was We will book your next flight tomorrow, and happily for you, we are not charging you. Etihad is accusing the connecting flights airline of being late, and when I explained I booked the tickets via their official site, and I do not need to be concerned about which airlines fault that is, so long as they are the ones who receive the money, then they have a responsibility to rectify an event like this and compensate me for this delay.
